It offers a comfortable, contemporary living area with 42 inch plasma TV, DVD and DSTV. There is a fully equipped kitchen with granite and stainless steel counters, hob, oven, microwave, fridge. Other kitchen appliances provided include crockery, cutlery, pots and cooking utensils. Laundry and scullery with commercials size washing machine and tumble dryer. All bedrooms have a private bathroom en-suite and are furnished with bed with headboard, bedding, blinds, desk, chair, desk lamp, panel heater, digital safe and a generous built in cupboard.
The house is well located in a quiet street, close to the railway station, the Jammie Shuttle bus route, AFDA, City Rock and Lower Main Road where a supermarket, restaurants, shops and nightlife can be found.
