Cottage Cheese witht linseed oil


400g creamed cottage cheese
1 small Bunch of spring onions
a bit of salt
6 tbsp linseed oil


Cut the spring onions into thin slices, mix with the cottage cheese and season with salt. Then add so much linseed oil that it takes on a nice yellow color, approx. 6-10 tablespoons, depending on your taste. It is best to let it steep in the refrigerator.
